About White Rabbit

What is White Rabbit?

White Rabbit is an innovative fusion of art and music presented in an exclusive, speakeasy-style setting. We keep our events under wraps, avoiding the typical advertising of most concerts. While the public is welcome to attend, our shows are limited in capacity, and once tickets are sold out, no additional entry will be permitted. Equipped with a state-of-the-art VOID Acoustic sound system, White Rabbit delivers unparalleled sound quality for a concert experience like no other in Wichita. Our lighting setup rivals that of major coliseums and music festivals, ensuring that every performance in our main hall is unforgettable. Whether you're into local talent or renowned DJ's, hip-hop artists, small bands, classical musicians, and more, White Rabbit embraces all genres, believing there's a place for every sound to resonate with the right audience.

But wait, there’s more!

We've designed the venue to accommodate lively performances in the main concert hall while also providing tranquil spaces for artists to create amidst the music. Artists can work on their projects in dedicated "chill rooms," and producers can collaborate on their tracks in real-time, all while soaking in inspiring soundscapes. Poets and lyricists can engage in conversation without being overwhelmed by the music, thanks to our advanced ATS Acoustic treatment, which features dual sound isolation layers in the walls. Our director, whose own creative journey has been significantly influenced by music, wants to extend that inspiration to others in the artistic community.

How do we make this work?

Ensuring safety and security is our top priority. All attendees must comply with our distinctive security protocol before entering the venue, especially when bringing art supplies. Some tools cannot be brought to public concert nights—no exceptions. Any items that could be perceived as weapons will result in denied entry until they are secured in your vehicle. This policy is implemented for everyone's safety. If you have questions, please reach out to us at whiterabbit@litwichita.com.

What art supplies can you bring?

Artists are welcome to bring items like pencils, markers, paint markers, charcoal, pastels, iPads, laptops, canvases, drawing pads, notebooks, and more. However, please be aware that you will be required to sign an indemnity clause, taking responsibility for any personal equipment that may be damaged while at the venue.

What art supplies are prohibited?

For safety reasons, sharp objects such as palette knives, exacto knives, chiseling tools, wood/metal picks and similar items are strictly forbidden. At this time, paint and paintbrushes are also not permitted until we determine how to manage them without creating a mess. As this is a new concept in concert space, we ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges.

Who can enter the venue?

While we appreciate that artists come from all walks of life, please note that this venue is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older for concerts. However, the gallery exhibitions at Wunderkind Contemporary remain all-ages friendly.
